Job description:

• Maintain a special and individualised perspective towards adults and children

• Bring in proposals and experiences that allow connections with different contexts and materials

• Observe, understand, and record children’s experiences and strategies

• Follow up the projects’ processes alongside the lead learners’ teams (teachers’ teams) and also plan the transdisciplinary themes collaboratively

• Support the investigations and the organisation of the transdisciplinary contexts

• Establish connections with the PYP, pedagogical and artistic theories

• Be a mastermind and promoter of new pedagogical hypotheses

• Capture and take to school interesting (multi)cultural flows for experimentation with the young learners

• Dialogue directly with lead learners (teachers)

• Mediate the teams, facilitating a collaborative work among the lead learners (teachers) 

• Curate materials, pedagogical and artistic resources

• Support the design of spaces and the organisation of materials considering a sense of aesthetics

• Have weekly meetings with the pedagogical leadership.
